SubPay – original system of advertisement purchase in SL’ang Life Magazine

1. The advertiser pays only for the ad placed in the magazine delivered to the subscriber.
2. The overall cost is counted as size of impression sent multiplied by the price of the advert module ordered from the price-list.
3. Payment is divided into two installments based on an invoice:
   
   a.the first installment – on the day of consignment date – value of the invoice = the number of magazines sent on this day x the price of a single magazine
   
   b.the second installment – on the day preceding the consignment of the next issue – value of the invoice = the number of magazines sent to subscribers enlisted after the date of first consignment x the price of a single magazine
4. Display of ads placed in magazines sent to subscribers and other persons interested (e.g. collectors) after these dates, as well as display in electronic issues available 2 months after publishing, are free.
5. The final number of subscribers of each issue will be defined 14 days before the order delivery date, the first issue - max. 10.000 magazines – information always available at Advertising
6. A paper, issued by Polish Post confirming the consignment of a given number of magazines showing distribution to the countries sent, serves as a confirmation for the advertiser
